* – Home Electrics Our home electrical cover includes repairs to electrical wiring, fuse boards, and electrical fittings inside and outside your property, excluding showers and pumps. No white goods are covered in this plan.

All products include Unlimited call-outs, 24/a hr customer helpline and a 14-day cooling-off period if you decide to cancel.

Boiler Service from £96.00 Inc Vat

The service certificate is issued immediately upon completion of the work.

Power Flush up to eight radiators £510.00 Inc Vat allow 8 hours.

Chemical Hot Flush £300.00 Inc Vat allow 4 hours.

*Landlord Gas Safety Certificate cost not included in Maintenance Plans.
