ATAG – the boiler with a 14 year warranty
Peace of mind for years to come
A 14 year warranty for a domestic gas boiler is unheard of.
The average boiler has a life expectancy of seven years, with a two to five year warranty.
Most warranties on better quality domestic boilers max out at 10 years — usually with conditions.
So ATAG’s 14 year warranty really is something special.
It’s a 14 year, ‘no ifs, no buts’ warranty — only subject to being professionally serviced every year.
And, the price of an ATAG boiler compares very favourably with other quality boilers too.
But none of them will give you 14 years of trouble-free heating.
ATAG boilers — built well to last
ATAG boilers are precision engineered in Holland and use the highest quality stainless steel and brass components.
Facts which explain why they are built to last. And why a 14 year warranty is possible.
At the heart of every ATAG boiler is ATAG’s revolutionary iCon heat exchanger, manufactured from high grade stainless steel.
It has unrivalled performance and, uniquely, maintains 98% of its original efficiency levels throughout its lifetime.
It’s so good, the Energy Saving Trust has given ATAG its ‘Endorsed Product’ status.
In addition, ATAG boilers also have the lowest NOx emissions in Europe, making them kinder to the environment.
Cost saving heating — by up to £200 just on your gas bill
Here’s another thing.
With an ATAG boiler — whether powered by natural gas or LPG — you won’t need specific boiler insurance or an expensive service plan which ramps up as the boiler ages.
The ATAG 14 year warranty covers all aspects of the boiler, so should anything go wrong it will be repaired free of charge.
The only proviso is for the boiler to be professionally serviced every year (just like your car) and the water filter replaced.
All ATAG boilers are ‘A’ rated for energy usage. Not surprisingly, they are regarded as the most energy efficient in Europe.
What’s more, based on our experience, we reckon an ATAG boiler can also help cut your annual gas bill by up to £200.
Cost — proof ATAG boilers are value for money
A new 24 kW ATAG iC Combination boiler — complete with an ATAG ONEZone smart controller, water treatment pack and an Adey Atom filter — has a 14 year warranty.
Installed in your home, it will cost from £2,550 (including VAT) — you’ll appreciate every house and installation is different.
Add on our ‘Bronze’ maintenance cover for your annual boiler service (£84) and replacing the water filter (£50) — over 14 years that comes to £1,876.
So after 14 years your new ATAG boiler is likely to have cost you under £5,000, taking current inflation into account.
That’s around £1,500 less than other quality boilers — which are likely to use more fuel and won’t have a 14 year warranty.
And here’s how.
Installing a typical competitor’s quality 24 kW combi boiler is around £2,500, including VAT — but will at best have a qualified 10 year guarantee.
For peace of mind, our ‘Silver’ maintenance plan (£180 a year) will cover you for the boiler breaking down and parts and labour up to £500.
But after seven years as the boiler ages and parts more likely to fail, you’ll want to switch to our Gold plan (£240).
Assuming the boiler lasts 14 years, it will have cost you nearly £6,500, including inflation — £1,500 more than an ATAG boiler, just on installation and maintenance.
So peace of mind, ATAG’s excellent build quality, low running costs and a unique 14 year warranty all add up to fantastic value for money — saving you hundreds of pounds and over the life of the boiler.
But if you’re concerned about the expense of installing a new boiler, a new low-cost finance package will help you spread the burden. It includes 0% finance and a no-deposit option, all available through Phoenix — see below.
Compact and quiet — the ATAG iC Combination boiler
Compact and quiet, an ATAG iC combination gas boiler will fit neatly into the heart of your home.
And being a combi boiler, it delivers both central heating and instantaneous hot water without the need for a hot water cylinder.
Perfect, then, whether you’ve a small flat or a large family dwelling, if you’ve limited space or if you want to free up space currently allocated to a hot water cylinder.
And thanks to ATAG’s engineering excellence, every ATAG iC Combi boiler we supply and install has a 14 year, ‘no ifs, no buts’ warranty — only subject to being professionally serviced every year.

You’ll want a free quote
Every home and, it always seems, every heating system is different.
Therefore, ensuring where the ATAG iC Combination boiler is ideally placed in your property is best done by one of our qualified engineers carrying out a home survey.
Then we can give you a guaranteed fixed price quote, free of charge.
Or, to minimise contact, we can provide a quote remotely via a video call (but this may result in an estimate rather than a full, fixed price quote).
So, call us today on 01329 285 993 to organise your home survey and your free fixed price quote.
What’s the installation process?
An average boiler replacement takes two days and a combi conversion upgrade three to four days.
All our installations are carried out by our fully trained Gas Safe Registered engineers and all electrical work is carried out by our NAPIT registered electricians.
On arrival our engineer will confirm the planned works with you. This is the time to discuss any concerns you may have.
We always put down dust sheets and take every precaution to ensure your home is well looked after.
And once the installation is complete, our engineer will commission, test and certify your new boiler.
He’ll also carefully talk you through your new boiler’s controls and how to operate it in the most efficient way.
And prior to leaving, we’ll clear-up, vacuum and leave your home as we found it.
That includes taking away all the rubbish and redundant items too.
Finally, our engineer will let our office know everything’s done and we’ll register your ATAG boiler with Gas Safe and the manufacturer for your warranty.
Leaving you to enjoy the warmth and convenience of your new boiler for years and years and years to come.
